When you contact us through our website, by email or by phone, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, project location and any details you choose to share about your project. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how visitors use our site.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to provide our interior design services, and, where you have agreed, to send you occasional updates and design inspiration. We will never sell your data to third parties.

Cookies and third-party services

We use cookies to understand how our site is used. You can accept or decline them using the banner shown on your first visit. Two third-party services set cookies of their own: HubSpot, which we use to keep track of enquiries, and Calendly, which powers the booking calendar on our contact page. Neither loads until you have accepted. If you decline, we show a plain link to Calendly instead, and nothing is set unless you choose to follow it.

Keeping your data secure

We hold your information securely and retain it only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
